Emotional Competence in Executive Leadership

Research has clearly revealed the importance of emotional competence in executive leadership.  Our Executive Emotional Competence Program is spread out over three months and will provide executives with relevant, practical, and easy-to-implement tools, training and coaching in order to develop and practice EQ Competencies. 

 

The program will also provide executives with training and tools for self assessing and managing their own behaviours and emotions, and for assessing, understanding and managing the behaviours and emotions of others.

 

Program Structure and Take-Aways

Three Executive Training Sessions of 3 hours each (1 per month) - see below

Six Coaching Sessions -  two one hour sessions per month per attendee
