Everyone is busy and we cannot always afford a full day, or even a morning away from our work.  With this in mind, we have developed a number of affordable, short interactive Power Sessions for your team or organization. These sessions are focused on common business issues, and we tap into organizational behaviour practice and the psychology of Dr. Carl Jung to teach an understanding of these issues with practical, realistic solutions.

Sessions are delivered by Russell Cullingworth, an accomplished and entertaining speaker and facilitator with over 20 years experience in business and executive management.  Read more about Russell’s experience and qualifications here>

"It was better than fantastic!. There were several students who came up and said they would have liked more time with you. I related some stories about what witnesses have said vs. what a video shows and it was a really good example of that. I have already switched to using the Insights Discovery colors as all of the students got a very good understanding - better than the labels of what the personalities mean. This is going to be good for them going forward as they are going to meet many kinds of people in their career and it can only give them a boost to know how to deal with them."
